Homeownership

Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity does not give away houses; instead, future homeowners partner with Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity and volunteers to build or rehabilitate a home and pay an affordable mortgage. Equal and fair access to affordable homeownership serves as a foundation for families to build intergenerational wealth and leads to improved economic stability, health, and educational opportunities.

Veteran Home Repair

We offer exterior home repair services to homeowners so they can continue to live in safe, decent homes for years to come. Some of our exterior home repair work includes painting, landscaping, weatherization and minor repair services to preserve home exteriors and revitalize neighborhoods.
