Across Greater Fredericksburg, a safe and affordable place to call home is slipping out of reach for too many of our neighbors. Housing affordability is one of the most urgent challenges facing our region and one of the top priorities in Virginia right now. We can’t solve it all at once. But we can start where it matters most: right here, one home at a time.

Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity is building again. After years without new construction, we’re getting homebuyers into houses and inviting the whole community to help raise the funds to build another. It starts with one.
